Popimall is Ghana's digital supermarket and marketplace offering groceries, fashion, home appliances, electronics, household products, and related goods to customers in Ghana. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Popimall. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, and prices across groceries, apparel, appliances, and other categories. However, product availability, packaging, sizing, and pricing may change without notice due to supplier updates, promotions, or stock levels.
Popimall reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions where pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or policy violations occur. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
4. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation from Popimall.
- Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change over time.
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, and service charges.
- Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation or delayed fulfillment.
5. Delivery and pickup
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high demand, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and being available to receive your order. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or missed handover, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Promotions and discounts
Promotional offers, coupon codes, and sale prices are subject to specific terms and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and apply only to eligible products.
Popimall may modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use our platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with website security, pricing systems, or inventory controls.
- Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content without written permission.
- Do not submit false orders, chargebacks, or misleading customer information.

All content on Popimall, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Popimall or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popimall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including delays, stock shortages, or third-party delivery issues.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Popimall after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Ghanaian legal procedures.
